b) In addition, the Website/application/Platform/services may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Website/application/services/Platform. As is true of most Mobile applications, we also collect other relevant information as per the permissions that you provide.
c) You agree that any information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and up to date. The said information collected from the users could be categorized as “Personal Information”, or “Sensitive Personal Information”. Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information (each as individually defined under this Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 (the “Data Protection Rules”)) shall collectively be referred to as 'Information' in this Policy.

k) By participating in a contest or promotion, as available on our platform, you are agreeing to the official rules that govern that contest or promotion, which include, allowing the sponsor/s of such contest or promotion to use your name, voice, , photo, or video, in advertising or marketing associated with the said contest or promotion. If any parent/legal guardian discovers that his/her child is using the Platform and/or has created an account and such child is under the age of 13, or that such parent or legal guardian did not give permission, or no longer consents to, his/her child to use or continue using the Platform and such child is between the age of 13 and 18 (or any greater age required as required by law), such parent/legal guardian may write to us at famelinks@kalz.in to request that we remove and disable such child’s Account, and if applicable, delete all data collected in connection with such child’s Account and use of the Platform, and we will work with such parent/legal guardian to comply with such request as promptly as practicable.
n) We do not knowingly collect information from minors. Minors are only allowed to use our application/ website/ services in terms of the Terms and Conditions.
o) We may alert you by email or phone (through SMS/ call) to inform you about new offerings/ contests or other information which we feel might be useful for you.
